Add-ons: Enhance your backup by adding the MYOB Payroll and MYOB Files add-ons. The Payroll add-on backs up your payroll data, while the Files add-on saves all documents and attachments associated with your MYOB account. These add-ons are billed annually along with the main backup subscription and will automatically renew every 12 months on your subscription anniversary. You have the flexibility to select add-ons for each organisation you are backing up. For example, if you manage multiple businesses, you can choose to add the MYOB Files add-on only for those that need it, avoiding unnecessary costs across all entities.

Your backups will remain available until the end of your current subscription period. You can, however, cancel automatic backups at any time through your account settings. Stripe handles all payment processing securely, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Subscription receipts are automatically emailed to you after each payment via Stripe. You can also access your billing history and download past receipts by logging into your account and visiting the "Billing" section.
