Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, due to the nature of our backup services, we do not offer refunds for the remaining term. Your backups will remain available until the end of your billing period. You can cancel automatic backups at any time through your account settings. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
You can manage your account by logging in to MyDataXport. From there, you can manage trial setup, update your subscription, modify backup settings, manage add-ons, and view billing history.
Yes. We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Payment details are handled by Stripe, and we do not store full card details on our servers.
Subscription receipts are automatically emailed to you after each payment. You can also access your billing history and download past receipts by logging in to your account and visiting the Billing section.
We do not offer charity-specific discounts at this time. Please refer to our multi-organisation discount rate for potential savings.
